Reputation Partners was engaged on two separate occasions to help this publicly-traded company communicate significant change events. First, our team guided the internal communications around significant pension benefit changes impacting the company’s retirees. Second, we managed the development and implementation of a strategic communications plan focused on helping the company announce wage reductions, RIFs, furloughs and additional pension benefit changes, among other cost-cutting operational measures. The changes were effectively rolled out with minimal employee turnover, lost productivity or media coverage. Importantly, management’s historically strong relationship with employees remained intact.
