Reputation Partners managed communications to more than 30,000 employees around the merger of an international office products retailer with a business-to-business service company. We directed the merger communications strategy and supported the company’s near- and long-term employee integration efforts. Upon completion of the merger, Reputation Partners played a pivotal role in ongoing communications to establish an integrated company and a new, shared corporate culture. Work included helping the senior leadership team articulate the new company’s business strategy, inaugurating a new employee newsletter and crafting an employee manual outlining the policies of the combined company. The merger was completed with minimal disruption to the business and employee satisfaction levels remained steady and high.
