Reputation Partners assisted a leading publicly-traded national retailer after the company’s initial foray into social networks proved ineffective. Our in-depth audit of the brand’s social media presence, as well as that of its competitors, revealed that the company’s approach was far too sporadic to create long-term, meaningful sales results or brand loyalty. To address this, Reputation Partners developed a plan to coordinate and organize the retailer’s approach to using online social platforms as a strategic communications tool.
